PixHD ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the PixHD mobile application (the "App").

• Photos and Images: To provide our photo enhancement features, the App requests access to your device's photo library. When you choose to enhance an image, that specific image is temporarily uploaded to our secure servers (hosted via Hugging Face) for processing.
• Usage Data: We may collect anonymous diagnostic data to improve the performance and reliability of the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To Provide the Service: Your images are processed solely for the purpose of enhancing, unblurring, or colorizing them as requested by you.
• Temporary Storage: Uploaded images are processed on the fly and are immediately deleted from our servers after the enhancement process is complete. We do not store, view, or retain your photos.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or photos to third parties. Your images are securely transmitted to our backend provider using standard encryption solely for the purpose of running the AI enhancement models.

4. Third-Party Services

Currently, PixHD does not use third-party analytics or advertising frameworks that track your activity across other apps. If this changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and request your explicit permission as required by Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) guidelines.

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. All images are transmitted over secure HTTPS connections. However, please be aware that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
