Welcome to PixHD. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

PixHD provides an AI-powered photo enhancement service. You may use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the App to process illegal, explicit, or unauthorized content.

2. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload to the App. We do not claim any ownership over your images. By uploading photos, you grant us a temporary license solely to process and enhance the image as requested. Your photos are deleted immediately after processing.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including its underlying technology, design, and branding, are owned by the developers of PixHD. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to provide high-quality AI enhancements, we do not guarantee that the results will meet your expectations or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixHD and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
